The BEST Caramel Frappe (Chiller) You Will EVER Drink!!

Many years ago when I was in high school, a new coffee shop opened up in my town:  Latte Donatte.  My twin sister and I were SO excited because there was not a café in our town that made specialty coffee drinks.  This place became special to us because we went there just about every day to watch them build it and to furnish the inside, so we got to see the progress of the café from start to finish.  We also got to know the owner as well as she saw us every day, most likely annoyed, but we were there!

When they finally opened, we tried their signature caramel frappe drink, or in their terms, a Caramel Beze Chiller.  We took one sip and we were instantly hooked! The taste was incredible! My husband, who hates coffee, even loved it.

What makes this drink so different from other cafes, including the ever popular Starbucks, is that it tastes of genuine, creamy caramel.  Other caramel drinks that I have had tasted too sweet and too “fake”.

Additionally, I think what really sets this drink a part is that Latte Donatte makes their own whipped topping. They do not use the cheap, universal Rediwhip that other cafes use.  They have, by FAR, the best whipped topping I have ever tasted in my life! My husband and I usually mix it into the chiller and it gives the drink such a delicious, rich, sweet, and creamy/frothy flavor that no other drink even compares to.  In one gulp, you can taste the caramel, the coffee, the cream, and the sugar.  Tasty!
